About our Homebased Before and After School Program
Our home-based program provides 7 spaces—a small, caring community where your kiddo plays, explore, and feel truly at home. Guided by Christian values, we help children grow in
kindness, and respect, while having fun every step of the way.
We make life easier for busy families with school drop-off and pick-up at Robert L. Clemitson and flexible pick up arrangements that fit your schedule. Birthdays, holidays, or everyday wins—we celebrate them all with joy and creativity!
During school breaks and Pro-D days, we dive into hands-on
STEM projects, nature adventures, and exciting field trips to places like the library or the Little Big Science Centre. We are located in Barnhartvale and enjoy play, friendship, and faith-based adventures!
School Days
7:00AM-8:00AM
Morning
Drop off at the facility in Kamloops-Barnhartvale.
8:10AM
Leaving for School.
Leave the facility and drop off kids at
Robert L Clementson Elementary using group's van.
2:30 PM-3:15 PM
School Pick Up.
We stay at the school playground until 3.30pm/4pm,
depending on the weather and group dynamic.
3:30 PM–4:00 PM
Arriving at the facility.
4:00 PM-4.30 PM
Free Play or structured activity.
Structured craft project such as drawing, painting, or musical activity.
4:30 PM-5:00 PM
Getting ready for pick up
Full Days
7:30AM-9:00AM
Morning Arrival
Free play, connecting, and breakfast or snack.
9:00AM-11AM
Activity
Age-appropriate educational activities, such as arts and crafts, science experiments, and educational games. STEM activities.
11:00AM-12:00PM
Lunch
A nutritious and balanced lunch provided by parents.
12:00PM-1:30PM
Quiet Time
Children have the opportunity to rest, or engage in quiet activities. Storytelling sessions.
1:30PM-3:30PM
Activity
Field trips with parent permission or outdoor activity at nearby playground.
3:30PM-5PM
Snack and Free play
Healthy snack and time for free play and socialization.
